From first conversation to final files — here's what working together looks like.

Step by step

Phase 1

Inquiry & Discovery

It starts with a conversation. You tell me about your brand, your goals, and what you're envisioning. I'll ask the questions that help me understand whether Iconoflage is the right fit — and what that could look like at your scale.

Phase 2

Agreement & Kickoff

Once we've agreed on scope, timeline, and investment, I'll send a project agreement that spells everything out clearly. Work begins after signing and the initial deposit — no surprises on either side.

Phase 3

Research & Icon Development

This is where Iconoflage earns its depth. I immerse myself in your brand — history, culture, audience, values — and build a comprehensive list of icons drawn from your actual story.

Before I sketch a single line, we review that list together. You'll have the opportunity to add anything I may have missed and confirm that what I'm building is unmistakably yours.

Phase 4

Composition & Review

With the icon list approved, I sketch out the full composition. You'll see the work at the rough stage and have the opportunity to provide feedback before I move to final inking — typically two rounds of review depending on scope.

Phase 5

Final Artwork & Delivery

The approved composition gets digitally “inked” into the final format, then prepared for every application in your project scope — print-ready files, digital formats, repeatable patterns, individual icons, whatever your project requires.

Final files are delivered after the remaining balance is paid, along with a follow-up to make sure everything is landing the way it should in the real world.
